Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

10 T Butter, cubed and chilled

3/4 C Buttermilk

2 C Flour

1 t Sugar

1 T Baking Powder

3/4 t Baking Soda

2+ T Ground fresh Rosemary

DIRECTIONS

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add butter to dry ingredients.

Using a biscuit cutter (or two knives) to cut butter into dry ingredients until mealy.

Make a well and add Buttermilk, stir until combined.

Form into balls of any size and bake at 450°F until browned and craggy.
